Hanna has worked with borrowers, helping them understand and obtain their mortgages since December of 2020. Prior to identifying her interest in financial markets, Hanna earned her Kinesiology degree from Arizona State University in 2010. She began her career in wealth management and portfolio construction in 2011, working at Charles Schwab and Fidelity Investments before relocating to the Pacific Northwest in 2015 to join Fisher Investments. After spending five years working with high-net-worth individuals, she left the corporate world and became a licensed residential mortgage broker. Outside of the office, Hanna plays competitive tennis and spends her time raising her nine-year-old daughter.
I have spent my last 30 years building a successful business as a trusted massage therapist and wellness practitioner. I have dedicated my career to understanding and meeting the needs of my clients. This deep listening and personalized care have been at the heart of my practice- earning the trust of countless individuals over the years.
Over the past two decades, my passion for real estate and finance has naturally evolved. I have taken on the role of an investor, a landlord, and a real estate enthusiast. I’ve successfully navigated the complexities of property investing, home construction, property flipping as well as rental management. This hands-on experience has honed my analytical skills and deepened my understanding of the financial landscape and my awareness of the various financing options available based on an individual’s unique situation.
